Expert Witness Reports

If you, or your client is engaged in legal proceedings where expert evidence is required, we can produce reports which are fully compliant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and accompanying Practice Direction.

Our service to you –
The process is quite simple

1.) We talk about your requirements

This can be taken in person, video call or over the telephone depending on the preference of the instructing Solicitor and the claimant.

2.) We research the circumstances

With an agreed course of action in place, we will produce a full report, compliant with any relevant procedure rules, which will substantiate and deliver clear expert opinions.

3.) We calculate your loss

Our Expert Witness service provides financial reports for both quantum and liability to claimant and defendant solicitors and insurers.

Quantum witness reports can either be a Full Quantum Report or a Short Form Quantum Report depending on your need and value of the case.

4.) The Expert Witness report

Our expert witness reports are written by an experienced and credible expert witness who will deliver objective opinion and high-quality reports that regularly exceed expectations.

About Us

Simon has over 20 years experience in financial services, and 13 years in the claims management sector.

He is FPC and CeMAP qualified and over the last 12 years has been an introducer to Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Powerlegal. Also imparting his knowledge to various law firms providing expert services to consumer related litigation matters.

He has extensive involvement with Law firms, litigation funding and consumer related financial claims for which he now provides independent Expert witness reports to both consumers and lawyers in pursuit of legal redress over Miss selling and negligent advice.
